* When an
application for a new licence is first granted, or before a licence is
continued, the operator can choose to pay these fees either 5 years in
advance or on an annual basis. When paid annually, the fee will be that
ruling at the time the annual payment is due.
All fees are non-refundable except disc fees, which may be refunded in
certain circumstances.
PAYMENT: PSV operator licence holders may make payments on-line by registering
for self-service: VOSA - Operator Self Service. Alternatively, payments
may be made over the phone by ringing the Customer Service Centre on 0300
123 9000.
Cheques should be made payable to "VOSA" and sent to the Central Licensing
Unit in Leeds. Please do not send cash through the post.
