Application fee for a standard licence £224.00
Application fee for a restricted licence £148.00
Fee for the grant of a licence £148.00 for 5 years *
£29.00 per year if paid annually per year. *

Fee for the continuation in force of an existing licence
£148.00 for 5 years *
£29.00 per year if paid annually *
Vehicle disc fee £6.00 per vehicle per month when paid 5 years in advance *
£7.00 per vehicle per month when paid on an annual basis *
Fee for the variation of a licence £113.00
Fee for the issue of a new disc in place of one lost or destroyed £15.00
Application fee for a taxi licence for holders of taxi licences. £58.00
Fee for the continuation in force of a special licence for holders of taxi licences. £58.00

* When an application for a new licence is first granted, or before a licence is continued, the operator can choose to pay these fees either 5 years in advance or on an annual basis. When paid annually, the fee will be that ruling at the time the annual payment is due.

All fees are non-refundable except disc fees, which may be refunded in certain circumstances.

PAYMENT: PSV operator licence holders may make payments on-line by registering for self-service: VOSA - Operator Self Service. Alternatively, payments may be made over the phone by ringing the Customer Service Centre on 0300 123 9000.

Cheques should be made payable to "VOSA" and sent to the Central Licensing Unit in Leeds. Please do not send cash through the post.
