CHECK YOUR CAR'S SECURITY RATING

Different cars are at different levels of risk of getting stolen or broken into, depending on their make, model and age. You can find out about your car here, from our Car Theft Index.

First, fill in the make of your car. Then, from the follow on lists provided, enter the car's model, variety and age. The Index will then tell you whether your car is in a high, medium or low risk category.
If it's in the high risk category, think about taking extra security precautions.
You can also use your wap phone to rate how secure your car is.
